Our monthly expenditure on the up keep of children including education, medicines and staff comes to a much higher figure. The shortfall is met through donations in cash and kind from public spirited individuals and institutions, clubs and trusts. Making a donation by cash, via cheques & through online transactions (NEFT , IMPS etc.,)

Donations to (Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam are exempted under Section 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 Order no: 102/73/CIT-II/1973-74 Donations in cash have to be given personally at the (Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam Office which is open all days of the week. Donations in cheques/drafts may be made in favour of "(Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam" payable at Keeranur branch for Canara Bank & at Thoppampatti branch for State Bank of India and may also be given personally at the (Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam Office on all days of the week.

ON NOTE: For IT applicants from financial year 2017 - 2018 onwards any donations made by cash in exceeding Rs.2000 will not allowed as a deduction under section 80G.

Making a donation in kind

Donations in kind, be it school bags, -uniforms, stationary, food items, rations, clothing, medicines and other items of utility are most welcome and can be made to our office, (Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam , Jothipuram,Keeranur, Palani, Dindigul district, Tamilnadu 624617. These donations are then recorded in a register placed in the office.

Sponsoring a child

Today's children will be society's adults tomorrow. Education and all-round development of a child is very important to make the child a responsible citizen of society. Education plays a very important role. You can sponsor a promising child by catering to his educational needs by patronizing his/her education at school level as well as degree education.

"SPONSORING THE ENTIRE EXPENSES FOR AN ORPHAN,
It is possible with an amount of Rs. 10,000/- per annum for 1st to 5th standard, Rs.15,000/- for 6th to 12th standard"

Having a meal with our children ("Book-a-Meal")

Donations for children's meals can also be made. You are most welcome to join our children when they are having their breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bookings for meals can be made months in advance if you are planning on contributing for a special occasion like birthdays, national holidays, religious events etc.

Volunteers

We encourage motivated individuals to spend some time at (Pazhani) Kiranur Sanmarga Gurukulam with our children, to coach them in academics, hobbies and fine arts etc. or give talks about career options and academic issues.
